The PROCESS

This section is the most important of this entire web site, with the KNEADING SECTION being of utmost importance.  The instructions and pictures will show you the process to follow to produce 100% whole wheat bread with a fabulous, soft crumb, texture.

Whether you knead the bread by either hand, food processor, or mixer, the process is the same.  (See the bread machine section for discussion using that appliance).  The key to the process is to not add excess flour and to adequately develop the gluten.
